REFUND POLICY — ROSARIES FOR LIFE

1. General

We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Refund Policy. Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Before making a purchase, please read this Policy so that you can understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are not satisfied with your order.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund, or compensation for reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. Further information is available from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at www.accc.gov.au.

3. Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn, unused and undamaged
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Cancellation and Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind, we may at our discretion offer a refund or exchange provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt and the following conditions are met:

  • Excludes all custom made and personalised orders
  • Product has not been used, damaged or modified
  • Product is returned in original condition with tags and original packaging

5. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, incorrect or missing. Any damaged product must be returned in the condition received together with all original packaging. We will repair, replace or refund at our discretion.

6. Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom made or personalised orders
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event we agree to repair or replace a product, we will return it to you at our expense.

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
