We operate this store and website to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Rosaries For Life is powered by Shopify.

We have made every effort to accurately represent our products. However colours and appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings. All our rosaries and religious goods are handcrafted and made to order. Product descriptions are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment. As most of our products are handcrafted and made to order, please review your order carefully before submitting as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of ordering as set out in your order confirmation. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for all purchases.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or events outside our control. Once we transfer your order to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 — GIFT CARDS AND VOUCHERS

  • Gift cards are valid for no less than 3 years from the date of sale or activation
  • Vouchers are valid until the expiration date stated on the voucher or relevant promotion
  • One voucher per person per promotion
  • Not valid with any other offer, discount or special promotion unless otherwise stated
  • Vouchers are unique and valid for a single transaction only — any unused portion will be forfeited
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full
  • Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or to purchase gift cards
  • May not be sold or transferred
  • Shipping is not included unless stated on the voucher
  • No replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers or gift cards
  • Terms may be amended at the discretion of Rosaries For Life

By submitting an image for printing (including our Loved Ones Collection), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Ownership: You confirm that you own the copyright to the image or have obtained the necessary rights from the copyright holder
  • Personal Use: Images and prints are provided solely for personal, non-commercial use
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your image does not infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights
  • No Commercial Use: Images are not authorised for commercial use, resale or redistribution without explicit permission of the copyright holder
  • Limitation of Liability: Rosaries For Life shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement claims arising from images provided by the customer

SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Services including trademarks, text, images, graphics and designs are owned by Rosaries For Life or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or transmit any material from our Services without our prior written consent. All rosary designs are copyright to Rosaries For Life.
